Applying mental techniques from the world of performance sport in everyday life can enable us to reach our potential. Increasing levels of focus, overcoming self-doubt, breaking limiting beliefs and dealing with setbacks are all challenges that athletes have had to overcome in their pursuit of excellence.
I am an advocate of the Growth Mindset, a belief that our potential is unlimited and skills can be developed over time. The keys to success are regular practice, how you talk to yourself when you encounter setbacks, and being committed to learning and trying new things.
In an initial free consultation, we will identify your thinking patterns, we will design your objectives and identify what is getting in the way for you. For example: are you a person who has great ideas but struggles to get to the start line? Are you a person who is great at starting but then loses momentum? Are you a person who suffers a setback and doesn’t know how to carry on?
You’ll experience how hypnotherapy enables you to align conscious and subconscious thought patterns. This tool is known to create improved performance in elite athletes.

Then we will look at current scenarios in your life to ascertain what typically comes up for you as an obstacle to achieving your goals?
Also, what have been your coping strategies for dealing with this so far in your life and work?
I am very curious to find out about what drives you, how you learn best, how you perceive yourself and discover your explanatory style. We will look at your beliefs and your values as we identify your map of the world. Throughout, you will develop a deeper understanding of self and draw on all these great insights & resources to design a route to your potential.
I find regular hourly sessions work best and I would suggest a frequency of one of two per month
